Program Overview
The Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration is an excellent choice for those students who want to get a broad exposure to the business world and a solid foundation in business fundamentals, including accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, and information systems. Upon successful program completion, the graduate is expected to be able to:

- Pursue the study of business at the graduate level or to obtain professional placement in their chosen field.
Upon successful program completion, the graduate is expected to be able to:
- Foster an appreciation for the social and cultural environment in which business is transacted.
- Manage areas that include information technology, leadership dynamics, ethics, and international relationships.
- Demonstrate expertise in organizational leadership.
- Establish, execute, and analyze effectiveness of organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee strategic planning.
- Direct and oversee an organization’s financial and budgetary activities.
- Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other key performance indicators.
- Identify cost-cutting areas.
- Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements.
- Manage people effectively.
- Hire, supervise, and train employees up to the department head and manager level.
